A word of caution to the buyer: all hostas purchased from Perfect Perennials were divided this past fall into single eyes.  In the spring, the size of the plants will vary from 1 to 4 eyes, depending on how the individual plant came through the winter.  

Our low prices are a reflection of the single eye propagation.  If the plants are allowed to sit in the nursery for an additional year, the plants would be much larger and the price would be twice the amount. We feel you would rather have cheaper plants and let the growing occur in your own yard.

 

The shipping prices start at $6 and are calculated based on the weight of plants you purchase.  We ship by Priority Mail and the prices are a reflection of the US Postal Service rates.  The earliest spring orders get shipped at less cost than late season orders.  In the earliest orders you will be getting live, vigorous eyes and healthy bare roots, while later shipping includes the cost of the mailing the foliage.
